Our PU Panels are all manufactured in our local factories located in Penang and KL. The PU Panel is one of the solution used for cold room, chiller room and freezer room due to its great thermal resistances characteristic.
The PU panels are designed to install and assemble the cold room quickly by using embedded tongue-and-groove system. With this system, the panels are joined easily and securely.

Panel Finishes

There are 2 types of cladding available, which are PPGI and 304B Stainless Steel.
We are able to manufacture panel with the cladding that is made of combination of both PPGI and 304B Stainless Steel.
- Stainless steel is excellent for sanitation and food production room, it’s durable and highly resistant to most chemicals.
- The surface of colourbond steel (Galvanized Steel Laminate) can be easily be washed clean if stained.
Our Applications
Cold Room
Cold room is an insulated enclosure or walk-in storage facility that is fitted with refrigeration equipment to keep a consistent temperature in controlled condition. Cold room can be classified into two type, which are chiller room and freezer room. The major difference between the chiller room and freezer room is their room temperature.
Chiller room is the effective facility for the industry that needs to preserve their products in low temperature like fruit, vegetables, beverages, flowers, beef and chicken meat, seafood, medicine, cheese, eggs and other fresh foods. It is widely used in restaurants, hotel, food shops and supermarkets, etc. Our typical chiller room temperature ranges from 0°C to 20°C.
Freezer room (also called blast freezer) is a kind of cold room with lower temperature from -40°C to 0°C. Freezer room is equipped with thicker PU panels, doors and more powerful condensing units compared to the chiller room. Freezer room able to keep the stored products like seafood, meat or ice cream in fresh condition with the consistently low temperature and fast cooling speed.
The stored product can be quick frozen from +70°C to -18°C in less than 4 hours with the extreme low temperature and fast cooling speed. The microorganism will be refrained or killed in the extremely cold environment (less than -18°C) inside freezer rooms to avoid the quality of food to be affected. Freezer rooms are widely used in food industry like restaurants, catering unit, bakeries and ice-cream parlours, etc.
In short, the applications of cold rooms include foods and beverages packaging, short and long term products cold storage as well as blast freezing. Our cold room have the significant advantages of versatility, energy efficiency, modular installation and easy maintenance. We are providing one stop and turn-key solution to customers. All our cold room can be customized with any sizes to satisfy customers’ requirements.
