Polyurethane Panel

Polyurethane (PU) panels are structures made of polyurethane foam, usually sandwiched between two metal sheets, i.e. pre-painted galvanized steel or stainless steel, combining thermal and sound insulation properties in one. They provide the optimal solution and environment for cold rooms due to its excellent thermal insulation, conserving the energy consumption of the cold room in the long run. PU panels are also generally used in cleanrooms and F&B processing rooms due to the easy cleaning surface, which provides a more hygienic environment. Our PU panels are manufactured at our local factories in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Panel Joints

For the assembly of our PU panels, we use camlock joints for better durability and easy installation. They replace the traditional nut and bolt method with a simpler and seamless connection for your structure.

Panel Finished

We offer 2 types of cladding for our PU panels:

PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanised Iron)

Easily cleaned, leaving no stains behind.

304B Stainless Steel

Excellent for sanitation due to its high durability
and resistance to most chemicals.

Our Flooring

We offer two configurations for cold room flooring – with PU Slab or PU Panel. Depending on your desired preference, we recommend the best flooring plan for your application.

1 ) PU Slab

For cold rooms with mechanical equipment such as hand trucks or forklifts, we recommend using concrete flooring with polyurethane (PU) slab as reinforcement. The process is as follows:

2 ) PU Panel with Aluminium Checker Plate

Our PU panel flooring solution is designed to be robust and sturdy. The PU panels are bonded with aluminium checker plates that give your floors the additional friction it needs for an anti-slip finish. With the checkered texture provided by the aluminium plates, fall risks are radically reduced, allowing you to work confidently in the cold room without worrying about possible accidents or injuries.
